Victoria Plekhanova

Victoria Plekhanova teaches tax law courses at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels and serves as the Subject Group Lead for Taxation at the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Auckland. She is also the Co-Director of the New Zealand Centre for Taxation at Auckland Law School, Vice President of the Australasian Tax Teachers Association (ATTA), and a member of the International Fiscal Association. Victoria’s scholarship, which is recognised internationally and published in leading journals across the EU, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, addresses income tax challenges in the digital platform economy, examines tax cooperation, and contributes to the development of transnational legal theory and tax policy.
