Chris Noonan

Chris Noonan is a Professor of Law at the University of Auckland. He teaches and researches in the areas of company law, competition law, and international trade law. Chris is the author of The Emerging Principles of International Competition Law (Oxford University Press, 2008) and Competition Law in New Zealand (Thomson Reuters, 2017). He has consulted to and served as a legal adviser to a number of governments and international organisations on international trade matters, including the Chief Trade Adviser for the thirteen Pacific Forum Island Countries negotiating the PACER Plus agreement with Australia and New Zealand.
