Ann Kayis-Kumar

Dr Ann Kayis-Kumar is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Taxation and Business Law (incorporating Atax) at UNSW Sydney. She teaches and researches in the fields of international and Australian tax law and corporate strategy. Her award-winning PhD focusses on the taxation of cross-border intercompany financing activities and will be published by Oxford University Press in its ATTA Doctoral Series. Ann’s industry experience spans across both the finance and legal professions, having worked for investment fund Droga Capital, J.P. Morgan, and Corrs Chambers Westgarth in an award-winning deal team.
