International Taxation Conference 2017 is a joint conference between the Foundation for International Taxation and the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD), in cooperation with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), Paris.

In 2017, the 22nd annual conference continues the BEPS theme from the 2016 conference with “BEPS: Some Key Recent Developments”, including a focus on the MLI under Action 15. The keynote topic on Day One is “Multilateral Instrument (MLI) Under BEPS in Action: Impact on Bilateral Treaties”.

The keynote speaker of this year conference is, once again, Pascal Saint-Amans, Director of the OECD’s Centre for Tax Policy and Administration in Paris. He has also headed the BEPS Project since its inception in 2013, and regularly reports to the G20 Finance Ministers on its progress.

As previous years, around 500 conference delegates from all over the world are expected. They include international tax experts, academics, corporate representatives, tax professionals and revenue officials.
