Information papers by the Parliamentary Budget Office are published to help explain the underlying data, concepts, methodologies and processes that the PBO uses in preparing costings of policy proposals and budget analyses. The focus of PBO information papers is different from that of PBO research reports, which are aimed at improving the understanding of budget and fiscal policy issues more broadly.
