The IMF will hold a gender and macroeconomics conference on March 24, 2017. The conference is intended to provide a forum for discussing innovative empirical and theoretical research on gender and macroeconomics, with specific application to the challenges of low income developing countries. Empirical and theoretical studies on a wide range of issues related to gender and macroeconomics are welcome. Interested contributors should submit by August 31, 2016 a draft paper or a short proposal (which should reach the draft paper stage by January 2017). Details can be found here.
