Applications for the 2019 Baxt Prize are now open.
The Baxt Prize is offered by the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia. The prize honours the contribution of Professor Robert (‘Bob’) Baxt AO to business law in Australia.
The Baxt Prize is open to any Australian-based author under the age of 35 who has published an outstanding journal article on a topic related to Australian trade practices, corporate law or taxation law. The article should be published between 1 July 2018 and 30 June 2019. The value of the prize is AU$7,500.
Entries close on 30 September 2019.
