Latest edition of Taxation Statistics has been released by the Australian Tax Office (ATO) on last Friday. Taxation Statistics is an annual publication that presents an overview of the statistics relating to the different taxes the ATO administer.
Taxation Statistics 2016–17 look at the tax returns and related schedules for the 2016–17 income year for individuals, companies, superannuation (super) funds, partnerships and trusts. It also includes other information, such as data from goods and services tax (GST) and activity statements, relating to the 2017–18 financial year.
