The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) has released the latest edition of Taxation Statistics. Taxation statistics 2017–18 provides an overview of statistics from tax returns and related schedules for the 2017–18 income year for individuals, companies, superannuation (super) funds, partnerships and trusts.
It also includes other information provided to the ATO relating to the 2018–19 financial or fringe benefits tax year. These include data from goods and services tax (GST), excise, activity statements and fringe benefits tax (FBT).
