Philip Chang

Philip Chang is a Director at the Office of the South Australian Productivity Commission. He was formerly Executive Director in the Northern Territory Government and has held roles with the IFC, ADB, WTO, and APEC. Earlier in his career, he worked at the Australian Treasury and the Australian Productivity Commission. He brings deep expertise in economic growth and development across the Asia-Pacific region.
